The organization and the website are being very slowly publicized. If you are reading this, you either stumbled on it somehow, or have been invited to participate in the beta program. While in beta, we work on improving the clarity and the transparency of our work, and fix whatever problems may occur. We'd rather err on the side of over-explaining our mission rather than under-explaining it. If some feature of the website or something written on the website is not clear to you, it is probably not clear to many others, so please speak up and draw our attention; use the address shown below on green background.
While in beta, the aim is to populate and exercise all the features so as to give you a realistic view of what we will be doing. But all the photos of people, and compositions of groups, forums, etc. are fictitious during the beta. Given the seriousness of our mission, we also opted to use realistic-sounding first names and last names associated with those photos, rather than goofy avatar-type nicknames. Those sections containing fictitious data are not being indexed by search engines and at the end of our beta trials all the fictitious data will be removed of course.
We are seeking funding from a variety of foundations and governmental agencies. We will wait to announce the executive team, the board of directors and the advisory board until they are all fully formed. We want to build our leadership team in a fully collaborative and private way; this will hopefully lead to a more cohesive team of people who respect each other and enjoy working with each other. If you are interested in any of these roles, or if you know someone who might be, please send an email to the address shown below on green background.
